'Beauty and the Beast'

Based on the original Disney animated film, this Broadway Junior version of Beauty and the Beast featured all of the hit songs and memorable characters.

Leading the cast was Year 9 students Alice Watkinson, Charlie Doyle and Michael Dean as Belle, The Beast and Gaston respectively.

Simon Phillips, could not be more delighted with their performances. He said “there are a huge number of talented students in this school and we are so lucky to be able to produce an entire show for just our three younger years, before our older students present theirs in November. Alice, as Belle, had a huge amount of responsibility for leading the story and she delivered a beautiful performance complemented by her superb singing voice”. “The show had laughs, tears, excitement, drama and something for everyone of all ages.”
