 Christleton students are Childnet Competition winners!

Arun Oakley (Year 7), Leila Oakley, Alyssa Hill, Mia Kelly, and Lowri Sadler (all in Year 9), together with Lainey Evans and Nicole Ball (both in Year 10), are Childnet Competition winners!

What a brilliant day!  Our students workshopped about internet safety and had a glamorous screening before topping the day off with a fantastic win! They did us proud by discussing the topics and explaining the process of filming, and then teaching everyone about neurons and filming techniques.

David Austin OBE from the BBFC commented that "Every day is a school day" when he learned from the Christleton High School film that neurons do not directly touch.

One of the judges, Lisa Prime from BAFTA, is an ex-Christleton High School student and she has been invited to visit the school if she is ever in the Chester area.

Each student received an extensive goody bag due to the event being sponsored by Disney.
