Dear Parent/Guardian and Prospective Student
Open Evening – Wednesday 27th September 2017, 18:30 – 20:30
Open Sessions – Thursday 28th, Friday 29th September 2017, 09:00 – 10:30
It is my pleasure to invite you to consider Christleton High School for your choice of secondary education. With this in mind, I hope that you will able to join us at our Open Evening and/or at our Open Sessions, during the working day.
I would also encourage you to visit not only Christleton, but other schools in the area; a valuable time for families to think about education and make plans for the future.
At our Open Evening on Wednesday 27th September from 18:30 – 20:30, I will be available, together with senior staff, to answer any questions you may have. Please be aware that parking on site will be very limited. If you are able to walk to school, travel by public transport, or to park off site on the evening, this would be much appreciated.
At the Open Sessions on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th September from 09:00 – 10:30, visitors will have the freedom to visit lessons of their choice, and chat with our Year 7 and 8 students about life and the learning at Christleton. At the end of each session, refreshments will be served, and I will be available to answer any questions. Visitors are asked to please arrive in school for 09:00 prompt. Once again, please be aware that parking on site, on these days, will be very limited.
You can download a copy of the Open Evening Programme (27 September 2017) below.
I hope you really enjoy visiting the school and, regardless of your final choice, that you feel welcomed and fully informed about what we can offer you at Christleton.
Yours sincerely
