Job vacancy: Vocational SEND Teaching Assistant

Temporary, (until August 2025), part-time - 2 days a week in the first instance
Term-time only (38 weeks per year)
Start: As soon as possible
Salary: Grade 6 £25,979 - £28,770 full-time equivalent, (pay award pending with an increase due). Pro-rata for part-time, (15 hours per week), term time only hours. Actual salary: £8,815 - £9,762
An exciting opportunity is available for the right candidate to join our busy support team. The post holder will accompany our students to Reaseheath College in the school minibus on Wednesdays and Thursdays, liaising with college tutors and school staff to ensure that the students experience a smooth transition to college and enjoy all aspects of their vocational courses. Training and mentoring will be provided as part of the induction process.
