Parental Survey
Feedback from families about how we are doing is a key component of our Parental Partnership; by understanding and acting upon the perceptions, beliefs, ideas, and suggestions from families we hope we can continue to improve and develop all that we do.
The Governing Body of Christleton High School regularly seeks opinions by undertaking a formal survey of all parents, normally every two years. The results are taken seriously, communicated back to parents via The Swan School Magazine and action plans put in place to improve in the areas where improvements may be required, as a result of the comments made.
Other surveys are also carried out as appropriate to get feedback on specific areas or events, such as the organisation of Parents’ Evenings or Year 6 transition events.
